1. Using the platform
By using Sign Me Up Sunshine Coast you agree to use the service for its intended purpose - discovering and registering for legitimate kids' programs on the Sunshine Coast.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must be 18+ to create a parent account.
3. Registrations & payments
When you register for a program, you enter into an agreement with the vendor running that program. We facilitate the booking and payment. Refund and cancellation terms are set by each provider and shown before checkout.
4. Provider responsibilities
Providers are independent businesses responsible for the delivery, safety, supervision, and insurance of their programs.
5. Limitations
The platform is provided as-is. We're not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by BC law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
