Yes. Every registration comes with a printable receipt that has its own receipt number, the provider's details, and an itemized total. Open the booking in your account and choose Print receipt.

How do I cancel a registration?

Each provider sets their own cancellation terms, shown before you check out. Open the booking in your account: if you're inside the provider's window you can cancel right away, otherwise you can send a cancellation request and the provider will reply.

Yes. Use Ask the provider on any program page. It starts a private conversation with the instructor, and you'll get an email when they reply. You can keep the conversation going anytime.

What if the activity my kid wants isn't listed?

Request it! Tell us the activity, town, and ages. Local providers can see what families are asking for, and we'll alert you when a matching program is listed.

Can I see photos or videos of a program?

Many providers add photos and videos to their program page so you can see the space, the instructor, and past sessions before you register.

Do I need an account?

You can browse without one, but registering creates a free parent dashboard for tracking schedules, waivers, and receipts.
