Sign Me Up Sunshine Coast was founded in 2026 by Cerise Lauder, a local Coast mom who built this for the same vendors her own family signs up with. Decisions are made on the Coast, support is answered by Coast-based humans, and the platform is shaped by feedback from real Coast providers.

Provider questions, answered
Does it cost anything to list?
No. Listing is free, and there is no platform commission during our Sunshine Coast launch. Later, a small per-registration fee may apply, only when a family actually books. We will always tell you well before anything changes.
I already have a website. Can I still list?
Yes. Many providers keep their own site and link to their Sign Me Up page for registrations, waivers and class lists. Families also find you here while browsing everything on the Coast.
Do I have to take payments through Sign Me Up?
Free community programs need no payment at all and cost you nothing. Paid programs are paid by card at checkout so the spot, the waiver and the receipt are all handled in one step.
Who pays the card processing fee?
You choose. In your dashboard you can absorb the card fee yourself or add it to the family's total at checkout. Free programs never have a card fee.
How do waivers work?
Use our standard youth activity waiver or paste in your own. Parents accept it during checkout, and an exact copy of what they agreed to is saved with every registration.
Who owns the customer relationship?
You do. We facilitate the booking; the family is yours.
How fast do I get paid?
Payouts for paid programs go straight to your bank account. We will walk you through the payout setup when you are approved.
What if I need to cancel a session?
You can cancel from your dashboard. Parents are notified automatically and refunded per your policy.
Can I run free community sessions?
Yes. Free events get the same shelf space as paid programs and help families discover you.
